The Sharks’ Think Tank and The EISS Learning Zone offer a range of programmes to schools using the sporting environment as the contextual setting and thematic vehicle for learning.These enriched learning centres were formerly part of the national ‘Playing for Success’ initiative which saw professional sports clubs and venues working in partnership with local authorities and the Department for Education to engage, motivate and enhance the key skills of young people. The centres are now managed through the local authority as part of the traded services offer to schools. Our partnerships with The One Health Sharks and EIS Sheffield still give us scope to use sporting links and the role models from the sporting world to add that extra dimension to our curriculum offer.

We provide well resourced facilities with the latest technology, operated by qualified teaching staff. We have a wealth of experience in providing a wide range of programmes to primary and secondary aged pupils and can work with schools to develop bespoke programmes to really meet their specific needs.

We specialise in enhancing and enriching the curriculum and also targeted interventions to contribute towards raising attainment.
